Noori Chicken Tandoori Masala is an exquisite blend of rich and premium Indian spices. It adds amazing flavor, aroma, and color to any gravy/curry.
DIRECTION OF COOKING: Wash the chicken properly. Make small gashes in the chicken pieces for the marinate to coat it nicely. In a bowl add Noori Tandoori Masala, Curd, Ginger Garlic and Green Chilli Paste, mix it well. Rub the marinade on the chicken pieces nicely and marinate the chicken pieces for 3-4 hours. Electric Oven: If you wish to roast the chicken in electric oven then put the chicken pieces on the griller or in the baking dish. Baste with oil at regular interval, roast it properly and take out from the oven. Now tandoori chicken is ready to serve. Clay or Gas Tandoor: Put the chicken on a stick (Seekh) and baste with oil or ghee and toss it occasionally. Repeat it frequently while it is roasting. Take out from the stick when it is fully roast. After 20 minutes approx. Now Tandoori Chicken is ready to serve.
Note: Serve with onion rings and lemon, sprinkle Noori Chat masala over it for a good taste.
